Exchanges

Something not quite right? Not to worry…..

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if the sizing is incorrect (as long as the garment has not been worn).  

 

STEP 1

If you need to exchange your purchase – please complete our exchange form here and print it out. Put everything back in the original packing and post back to us to the address below;

Note - Be sure to complete the section which tells us what you want to exchange for so we can send you the right item.

STEP 2

We will email you confirmation of receipt, and process the exchange within 10 working days.

 

 

Returns & Refunds  

If you’re not happy with your purchase, then neither are we!

If you don’t want to exchange, then we offer a no questions asked returns policy for a 30 day period from purchase.

We can only accept returned items that are unused and in the same condition that you received it.


STEP 1

Print out the returns form here and include with your returned purchase(s). Be sure to include the following information on the form.

  • Your name
  • Your order reference (check your receipt)
  • The reason for the return

Put everything in the same packaging that your purchase came in, and pop it in the post to us (see shipping costs below).

STEP 2

We will send you a confirmation via email that your item has been received and refund (when approved) is in process. Refunds will normally take 14 days to return back to your debit or credit card.

 

Late Refunds / Exchanges

If you haven’t received a refund, or your exchanged item, after 14 days of our confirmation email then we are very sorry. Please drop us an email (info@grnbikewear.com)

 

Returning your items

Whether you’re sending us an item for Exchange or Refund, we ask that you use the original packing provided. We also ask that you cover the cost of the return journey, as we don’t currently offer a free return postal service.

We recommend that you use a trackable postage service so you know where the package is - otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your item.
